A: MRI and followed by surgical repair of the ligaments

B: NSAIDs, rest, and ice

C: Proprioceptive training

The correct answer is C. Strengthening the muscles that control the ankle joint and proprioceptive training usually leads to the improvement of these symptoms. Surgery is usually not required except in cases where the joint is very unstable or the patient is a professional athlete
